Yin & Sound Healing Retreat Frankston @ Art Centre 
October 26th 

Richie and I warmly invite you to join us for a unique two-hour session, crafted to help you pause, breathe, and rejuvenate.

During our time together, you’ll be guided through the soothing practice of Yin yoga, allowing you to observe, nurture, and calm your body. We'll also take you on a journey through Pranayama and meditation, promoting natural relaxation and inner peace.

​Summer Retreat

Join me for the final retreat of 2024 at my home studio, as we welcome the arrival of summer with a nourishing experience of sound bath, meditation, and Yin yoga.

​This intimate gathering will guide you through deep relaxation and renewal, offering a beautiful way to honour the changing seasons and embrace the warmth and energy of summer.

Corporate yoga is a great way to bring more joy and wellness to your employees.

It has been shown to help employees deal with stress, anxiety and physical issues from sitting too long with poor posture. Yoga can release tension, improve concentration and decision making.

Yoga and mindfulness sessions have an emphasis on stress management and physical and mental wellbeing. Corporate sessions can be tailored to fit in with your busy schedules.
